At Perfecto Cafe, we pride ourselves on making authentic Italian-style gelato at our dedicated Gelato Lab located at our central kitchen (Fior Di Latte). Our gelato-making process combines traditional Italian methods with locally sourced, high-quality ingredients, ensuring each scoop is flavorful, creamy, and truly unforgettable.

Our Artisanal Gelato Production Process

Every batch of gelato begins with our custom-made base, crafted in-house from scratch. We carefully pasteurize our gelato bases to perfection, then age them for a minimum of 6 hours. This aging process ensures each gelato batch achieves optimal texture and intense, natural flavour.

Small Batch, Exceptional Quality

Once our gelato base is ready, we use our state-of-the-art Carpigiani gelato extractors to create each flavour in small, precise batches. This method guarantees consistency, freshness, and unmatched quality in every pan.
